BioAktive Specialty Products Limited has established a new Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise in Shanghai China. This new entity, with an investment capitol of US$1,000,000 will serve to solidify BioAktive's footprint in the Asia Pacific Region and in China in Specific. The entity will function as BioAktive's primary business operation in Asia and will serve to support our Chinese and Asian distribution partners and end users, as well as to help the company engage more deeply with local Asian and Chinese suppliers and contract manufacturers.

"With our sourcing and supply chain business growing rapidly, having boots on the ground in China and this entity that is licensed for import, export and services including consulting and product development, will give us a big advantage in the market."
BioAktive plans to grow its team in China and is currently in discussions with other small to medium sized ingredients suppliers from the US and EU to leverage their new China business to access the market, both for raw materials as well as for sales and distribution into China. Previously, BioAktive's China business was a representative office. This new entity will enable the company to scale its business in China and Asia.
BioAktive Specialty Products is a supplier of ingredients for use in personal care and nutrition. The company also offers a range of services including sourcing, supply chain management and strategic operational consulting to companies in the raw materials business.
